Pretty chilly here and last night we did not freeze which has always been our normal for Hallowe'en Night. That was good.

No formal dining last night but tonight that must change. Spaghetti is always easy to fix so I think that is a must - and it just sounds good. Everyone loves spaghetti and like I said, it is real easy to fix.

Stop on by people.

Hot and sour soup.  With lots of tofu and shiitake mushrooms.  Healthy and keeps colds and flu away.

Re: OK Everyone - What's Cooking for this November 2018?

I made a small meat loaf tonight with ground sirloin. I use Worcheshire sauce, bread crumbs, 1 egg, garlic, onion salt, oregano flakes (believe or not oregano gives a good taste), pepper and a little salt.  Served it with rice, cream corn and whole red beets.  I don't cook like I use to nor enjoy it as much as I did but I still make a few favorite meals.   Cat Happy
