Without the item number I'm not seeing it. I see one set of hardcoat enamel for about $80 and, of course, I'd totally avoid that. Hardcoat enamel is not a good choice.

It must be k40431. I like it in green. I think if you aren't a serious cook like me, it would be fine.

They look really pretty. I'd buy them if I needed pans.

I wish they'd tell us if this stuff would work with an induction cooktop. So many people have them, they certainly should mention it. The description doesn't even say what kind of metal they are. Mystery metal?

The original hard coat are aluminum, I bet these are too.

I just got a deep 10"" skillet from ShopHQ which is aluminum with a steel plate on the bottom so it can be used with induction. I sure like it. It's gorgeous too.

Exactly. Hardcoat enamel (which they now call porcelain enamel, I believe) is just aluminum vessels that are coated with this porcelain enamel. Not the best conductor of heat, in that form, and not the most durable, by a long shot.

For aluminum cookware, I'd totally stick with Hard Anodized. The difference is night and day. This is why these are so cheap.
