NEW Temp-tations items . . . many minis <=]

[ Edited ]

Temp-tations just added a bunch of new items to QVC's inventory, including several adorable miniature pieces/sets (and some not-just-winter seasonal patterns):

I wish they'd offer designs other than Old World and Floral Lace!

Not a fan of this line.  While it is pretty IMO, it is not well made.

I had a bad experience with a piece craking in the oven, donated all of it and would never purchase again.  Too cheaply made. Sorry.

I really loved some of the old patterns- Especially the Blue Toile!

I ALSO really wish there more  variety..Even solid colors  like they used to have are tough to come by these days..

Love the Floral Lace design in Cobalt Blue and Fall and only buy pieces that will not go into the oven.  Never bake in any of the pieces--read too many people have had Temp-tations crack in oven....  and, I never put it in the microwave.

The smaller pieces seem to be more stable and fare better in the oven.

Re: NEW Temp-tations items . . . many minis <=]

I'm knocking on everything wooden around me in typing this, but I've never had any issues with my Temp-tations pieces. However, most of my sets are the red polka dot ones from the earlier days of TT when quality control seemed much better, and they're my "partyware" rather than everydayware. I also have pieces in the red snowflake (another older pattern that is the one I would most love to see return), Figural Fruit Strawberry, "Red, White, and Blue" (not sure there was a formal name beyond that), and Old World Pumpkin Patch (without the ruffled donuts), and they've all been great for baking, microwaving, serving, and refrigerating. Fingers crossed that we all have good luck with our TT items!
