6 by 9 inch baking dishes are really hard to find. The white pans they use on air do not come with the dishes. However, it appears that Sur La Table has some dishes that are the same or similar to what they are using. Also on Amazon anchor hocking sells a glass pan in clear or in clear cobalt blue that is close in size to the 2 lb casseroles. I heard during the on air presentation to defrost slightly and then the casserole will come out and you can put it in another pan. Carefully otherwise the toppings will get messed up. I would defrost only slightly and maybe cut away the foil pans with a scissors and put in other pans. I won't invest in any new baking pans for these unless I like them but if I were going to make these on a regular basis I would buy three baking pans the right size to fit the sweet potatoes, the stuffing and one other choice.
