David hasn't been on-air 2 Sundays in a row, so I just wondered if QVC is doing away with that show or perhaps they're re-vamping it with some new merchandise that is so badly needed. I do wish they'd get some new items. I think everyone must have a Keurig, Vitamix, Kitchenaid, and Ninja. I'd love to see more cooking and less gadget items. Strange not seeing DV Sundays at noon.

be back on Wed. as far as I know and back on the 15th. Yeah, I 'm sick of those products too. Must have a contract to sell so many and they haven't reached the quota yet.

In The Kitchen With David is one of my most favorite shows. However, they need to find different kitchen items to sell for a change.

I'm not sure that's possible as I think they have sold everything imaginable.

He just posted on his Facebook page addressing ""concerns"" that ITKWD is going away. It's not.

Everyone remain calm. Put your tray tables up into locked position. Keep your seat belts on. The cabin will re-pressurize shortly.

David Venable QVC

19 mins ·

Hi Foodies! I know there has been much concern over the absence of ITKWD over the last two Sunday's. Please let me set the record straight and put the rumors to rest. Our show was off air for the last two weeks to make way for some special all-day events on QVC. This is a rare occurrence and happens only a few times a year. ITKWD is NOT being taken off the air on either Sunday or Wednesday. We will be back on this week and Sunday 2/15 is a big 5-hour show! Thank you for your concern and please know how much I appreciate your loyal support of ITKWD. See you Wednesday night at 8 PM ET. Happy Dances all around!

If they're revamping, I hope they discontinue the 4-hour marathons that are packed with social media alerts and TSV presentations that don't have anything to do with the kitchen.

A 5-hour show??? 3 of it will be probably overpriced food, social media, cookbooks & TSV presentation...I do check in online to see the line-up in hopes of something NEW! Who remembers those great shows which included things not easily found in Brick & mortar stores - I used to like the international homewares show from Chicago with great gadgets!

coffee drinker, Last week on Sunday was Designer Silver Day and today was Gardening Day so his show was not on. I don't believe his show is being discontinued.

The five hour shows are too long unless they add Jill or Marybeth, etc. to help out/alternate. Having Mary chat to fill time is something I don't care for. Yes, we need to see new items; cooking tips, etc. Also, they don't need to show the food for sale since they have so many food fest shows. Don't need to show a vacuum TSV on ITKWD either. Wish they would drop all the social media but guess that won't happen.
