Leftovers for sure. Worked on my Fridge but Davey - of course - did not want any. He wanted pizza or something - guess who won. ME!!! So if he went to bed hungry that's fine, he needed to loose some weight  anyway. LOL

Could have sworn I was here yesterday. Must have been that gremlin at work again. LOL.

Last night had some great WOK veggies. Really good. Tossed in a few frozen french fries I had left and also put in some onions and cut up chicken breasts - had two small nuggets left in the freezer so used them up. Good to empty out partials in the freezer as well as other things. Both little ones joined in as they had that for their dinner also but to be honest, did not go over that well. Both enjoyed their spinach and strawberry snacks better. Both kids love those things - they are made like breakfast bars. Guess I need to buy a couple more boxes - they are sold in the kids food section and I have tried many of those things with yummy stuff - only ones either will eat are the spinach and strawberries. LOL.

Tonight? Do not have a clue.

Today the lady is coming to work with Ricky - he had another horrible meltdown last evening. Very difficult when he does that as I am also making sure the little one does not wind up on the receiving end of his tantrums. My heart truly breaks for that blessed boy. Am hoping these sessions will work but not real impressed so far.

Hope everyone has had a great day. Cold and rainy out here in Sou Cal - we need the rain so cannot complain.

Fixed a boneless pork roast, string beans - fresh of course - and baked taters with garlic bread. Very good. Most everything gone except I do have a lot of pork left over. It too will make great sandwiches like that ham did. Yippee!!!

Bev, we truly miss you and your great cooking. Getting very lonesome here so wish everyone that use to stop by would come back again. Preds, love you dearly for your daily greetings. Hope you keep it up.

Am really tired so may just call it a day.

Happy New Year to one and all. No cooking today much but have my black eyed peas ready to start cooking tomorrow early a.m. Same with the collards then later will have cornbread as a go with. Can hardly wait.

Am told Davey is going to a friend's house around midnight and will be brought home later. His mother PROMISES she will be here early a.m. so I can go to church - missed it last week and that really bothered me.
