I love most vegetables, I could easily be a vegatarian.   Lima beans would be something I'm least fond of.  They are so dry tasting to me.

I'm not a fan of celery raw or cooked. But my stuffing recipe calls for it and I chop it up real small so it is okay. Larger pieces when I see it in a dish, I just put it aside. Cilantro is a whole other story. It really stinks up the whole dish and I can taste it yuck.

There are so many vegetables I have never cooked with or probably tasted. I don't think I ever had celery root or turnips. Unless it is served in a restaurant and I didn't know it. I like taro which most people never tasted.

I like most vegetables but....there are exceptions.  I drink a kale shake every morning. YUCK - it contains 1 cup of almond milk, 4 cups of kale, 3/4 cup blueberries and 1 banana. I just gulp it down for I believe it is good for me but I'm not lingering and sipping it slowly.

Re: Most disliked vegetable.

Onions, I guess I can tolerate if they are cooked well and mixed in but for the most part I pick them out. They taste too strong.

Next would be radishes, again too strong tasting and I can't stand the smell of cauliflower.

Cooked carrots; like them juiced, though.

I love most vegetables , but have never been able to appreciate turnips no matter how they are prepared. I guess I have something against them as I love all 'greens" except turnip greens. I have never had any that were not bitter!

Beets for me - yuck. Admittedly, I've never had okra, collard or turnip greens so I can't really say. Definitely not a cilantro fan but I'm not sure I consider that a vegetable. I am allergic to bell peppers so, while I don't hate them, I can't eat them.

I can't do eggplant, nor can I do green beans that have strings.

After reading all of the responses, I can eat okra 9Like in soup) but CANNOT STAND seeing it cooked.

I LOVE BEETS especially home grown right from the garden - OMG, SO good.  Those who don't like beets need to try freshly grown ones.

Turnips - never had them but always want to try them.  ANyone have a good recipe for them?  I just really don't know how to prepare them.

It appears we if all get stranded on a desert island together, there will be plenty of lima beans available...
