They always advertise that nothing sticks, not true, I have many many Temptations, and things stick. You even have to scrape with a scraper,.  I love them they are beautiful but honestly foods stick to them.

@KACEE1115

I've shopped here for 25+ years and I've never managed to buy anything by Temp-tations that didn't arrive broken or broke the first time I used them in the oven.

Enough for me a long time ago.

They lie. I'm sure that they have used some type of grease for their demos. Or else they have prebaked the item and put it in another pan. Nothing comes out of a pan that clean and easy.

I always spray my loaf & muffin pieces with Pam.  I have never had a clean Temp-tations vessel after baking.  I made cornbread last night for dinner and before I put the batter in I sprayed with Pam w/olive oil.  When I took them out of the oven I let them sit for 1 or 2 minutes and took a butter knife and slipped it around each muffin and voila.   Even with a meatloaf and all the juices, the meat can stick to the sides.  I just wait a few minute until the dish cools off and the put some water in and let it sit for a while. I also use Scrub Daddy's to clean them.

@froggy  I agree I believe they were originally cooked in another pan and transported to the one we see the finished product in, no way no how do you things not stick to these cooking vessel's.

I like Temptations too.  Scalloped potatoes always stick (on the sides only) for me.  I'm a bit disappointed that I noticed some cracks on mine and some brown spots that doesn't come off after washing.

It really depends on what you're making. I usually have no problems with sticking if I'm cooking savory items, such as a casserole or lasagna, but when you're baking, you do still need to prepare the pan with a light coating of butter or a mist of oil, just like you would with any baking dish. To be fair, they often do say in presentations that you may need to grease your pan if your recipe calls for that.

I have used Temptations regularly, and fortunately, have never had any crack on me (knock on wood). Whenever anything sticks, I soak the pan in water and it wipes right out. I have seen other threads in the past like this one, and wonder if the difference in manufacturers might account for the disparity. i have experienced crazing with some pieces out of the many that I have, but it has not affected the performance.

@KACEE1115  For many years, I have used Temp-tations for baking just about anything, and I've never had to work hard to clean the bakers. For muffins and egg muffins, I butter the dish. For zucchini bread and pumpkin muffins, I butter and flour. When they come out of the oven, I run a knife around the edge to loosen and they come right out. For baked lasagna and ziti and other casseroles, there are usually some burnt on spots around the edge. They come off with a brush or scrub daddy. My DH never complains about cleaning the Temp-tations either. I've only had one lid-it break for me. The only thing that has happened has been the oldest pieces that I've used every week for many, many years have started to craze. They are less attractive, but they still work perfectly.

I'm not saying that the dishes are hard to clean. They are not. I do think that my high quality Polish Stoneware is easier to clean and I know that baked edges of cakes and casseroles are left on the dishes after baking. I'm just saying that the demonstrations are very deceptive.
