I ordered the KitchenAid 13 cup food processor with the dicing kit in 2021, Model KFP1320AC from QVC. I have been waiting for a replacement for the work bowl cover with pushers since August 2023. It unfortunately fell on the floor and broke. My machine is out of warranty and cannot be used since the lock fell off. I have been in touch with KitchenAid via phone and email since August 8, when I placed the order for both parts of the work bowl. I received the bottom part on 8/19 but am still waiting for the top. Every time I call or email, I am told that the part is on backorder. I was told when I initially placed the order that I would get both parts within 4-6 weeks. It is now week 11 and I get nothing but apologies for the delay. I have also found something else that is interesting. There are a lot of the 13 cup food processors available through numerous outlets, but they are all Model #KFP1318, which means they were produced in 2018, not in 2020 as mine was. I do not know if the parts for the KFP1318 are compatible with the KFP1320. The KFP1320 model is nowhere to be found. I emailed the corporate offices of Whirlpool/KitchenAid describing my experience and frustration in trying to obtain the part that I need and have not heard back from anyone. Was the KFP1320 model made exclusively for QVC? If the KFP1320 model was available, I would purchase another one just to be able to use it and keep the additional unit as a backup. Can QVC do anything about this? Will the KFP1320 be offered again as a TSV anytime soon? I would appreciate your thoughts on this.

If it's something you need.......I would give up chasing parts & just buy a new machine, Toss the broken one and move on,

@Whitney400 Do you have a small appliance store or repair shop close to you? The manual suggests that 1317, 1318, 1319 and 1320 are the same series. Maybe check online at some small appliance repair shops and ask if they have something that fits.

To ask CS you need to go under CS. They don't read forums.

Paragraphs make reading a post so much easier.
If you know the number of the part you need I would start looking on eBay. Or look online or at thrift or consignment stores for a KA processor.

As I said, the only models available on line and from KitchenAid are from 2018. The 2020 model is no where to be found. Why would I want to buy an older model? I sent the same message to QVC using their feedback form. Let's hope I hear something.

I also bought the 13 cup Kitchen Aid processor with dicing option. I believe that was a specific model for QVC. They often create a new model number because of all the colors QVC requests. Go online and Google parts list for the 2018 model and look for the part you need. The parts list will show pictures of all the parts. Then I would take that part number and Google it to find replacement parts companies that you could buy from.

The same item will often be sold under different model numbers by different retailers. That's often because they add something slightly different to one than the other. An extra blade, a recipe book, something different, but the machine is still typically the same. I'd recommend taking a tape measure to a nearby store that sells Kitchenaid food processors and measure the lids there to see if one would fit your machine and if it would, use that model number and see if Kitchenaid has them in stock.

Try the site AppliancePartsPros DOT COM (Spelled out cause they don't allow links!!!)
I put in your model number ( the number in your post) and it appears the manufacturer ( whirlpool) no longer makes that part-it's unavailable.
They still make the pusher, just not the lid.
No luck on E-bay either.
Hope this helps....!
