My Keurig Mini, which I purchased here last July, is included in the recall. I went to the Keurig website & entered my serial number & was notified that it was included in the recall & that the repair kit will be sent. If you purchased a Mini here, it would be a good idea to check the serial # on the Keurig website.

Re the recall. Check your entire serial number, especially the last section of numbers. The QVC special value K10's are NOT included in the numbers listed for recall.

Mine was the last TSV K10 and it is on the recall list. I'm still keeping it as I haven't had a problem with it but did fill out the recall info so that they can send a repair kit if I need to use it.

I bought 2 of them and have thrown all the packing material away. Have to look at the serial numbers. What a mess!

My teal K10 which I purchased on Dec 10 from QVC has a serial number that begins with 31, but it is not in the range of numbers on the recall list.

The serial number is easy to find. It is on a white sticker on the bottom of the machine. It is listed as S/N: 31. and then the rest of the number.

I purchased this item for my mom on QVC a few weeks ago. I contacted both QVC and Keurig and was told that the one I had purchased was not affected by the recall.

I just checked both of my Keurig K10 that I purchased December 2013 and both are affected. I'll be sent the repair kit. I've never had problems; it's just me and I usually just make one cup at a time. Still, if a repair kit can fix this and I don't have to return then that's fine with me. I did get these from QVC.

The K10 that I bought on QVC in November on easy payments is on the recall list. I don't know why QVC says that the K10 they sell is not on there. Some are on the list; maybe not all...but they do have K10's on the list that they have sold.

I just took mine out of the box and brewed two cups, no problem.
I'm keeping mine!

The recall is not because it happens every time. It's because it potentially can happen. Personally, I wouldn't take a chance on keeping it based on only brewing two cups.

I agree! It seems that some sold by QVC are on the list, and others aren't.

And it certainly seems as though they're not handling any of these types of situations appropriately. Reps are clearly not being given across-the-board instructions re Keurig or Mrs. Prindables. Not good CS, to say the least!
