I don't consider a repair kit a recall. Mine's going back.

They need to make an announcement on air. Very few viewers are on these boards.

I bought my K40 at Taget, I checked the S/N, it was not on the list. It was a Christmas gift, so I waited till it was opened to check it as it was already wrapped and under the tree. Glad I don't have to either get a repair kit, or return it.

After seeing the mini cleared from the shelves in Kohls I checked keurig's website. They're still there!! So I imagine Kohls will restock new inventory in a few weeks.

Keurig sent me an email before Christmas. I called this morning and my repair kit will be mailed out in January but should take 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered. I purchased mine from a local store. I have not had any problems with my brewer but the cs rep advised do not brew kcups back to back and stand away from the brew while brewing.
