I did not realize this was such a special day.....Catfish is my death-row last meal, I must eat three pounds a week easy.....along with coleslaw, hush puppies, fried okra and onion rings.....the perfect meal.....thanks for the info.... ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup}$

Me too. They're nothing but bottom-feeding scavengers. Even if they're farm-raised they taste like mud to me. Can't stand them.
