I have another brand of this type of pan---it rocks!!!! very nonstick with a lid, is  11" diameter and 3" inches deep with those type of handles--be carefull, they get HOT!!! Use it everyday for everything!!! Mine was from Macys and the brand is Artmartin by Amercook. Think it was on sale months ago for $60-ish.

Have you ever tried the Southeastern Mills brand  gravy packet (powder in a packet - add water and cook until thickened)?    Takes only a few minutes.

I use their country gravy and it is really good.  Don't even have to add anything to it.  It has nice thickness.  Sometimes I just add a smidgeon more water.   For my use, anyway, it's well worth not going through the trouble of making it myself.  Plus, I don't like milk so I'd just end up throwing most of it away.  this way I get excellent gravy and no waste.

Pleased with David's skillet. made meatloaf in it and no stick at all

added just a little little to the skillet around the hamburger so as not to burn

when done I drained out the water and it slid around the skillet. No

sticking at all.

knew that was gonna be a good buy. Right size too and not that heavy.

washes up nice, too. Love this skillet. David hit a home run on this one

just had to wash with plain water and dishrag. Dryed it good.

Great for cornbread, and oven fried chicken.

feel bad for the folks who never got it. Best purchase I've made this yr.
