We eat out only about once every 2 to 3 months!
I try and cook and eat clean food.
Enjoy your day! ![]()

My girlfriends and I have a dinner date once a month. Other than that, I rarely go out to eat. We were out of town for the last three weeks, which is VERY unusual for us. We ate in a lot of restaurants - probably more than I've eaten in for the last couple of years combined. The verdict is in... I like my own cooking better.

Usually twice a week. Eating out does not have to be bad at all. There’s a great farm-to-table restaurant (Founding Farmers) near, and it has the freshest, most delicious food.
Then there’s the occasional run for a good burger or sushi.

I would rather eat a peanut butter sandwich made in my kitchen than eat a restaurant meal.
When my husband has VA appointments, which are an hours drive from home, we eat at IHOP.
I do birthday lunch with 2 girlfriends, at Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel.
I like KFC and my husband likes Captain D’s, which is always take out.
My husband and and I prefer homemade pizza; our girls want Gino’s or Papa Johns pizza.

Lately too much!!!! It's been so hot we've been hanging by the pool most the day & I just don't feel like heavy meal or cooking.
We've been grabbing a nice salad, eating a late lunch etc. has been becoming a pretty nice habit ....but, it gets a little costly since we've been eating at our club dining room. They charge additional 25% for tax & gratuity plus drink.

Right now with the heat & no tourist in AZ the coupons or lunch specials are great. The local restaurants are doing anything to just get people in with cheap prices. We don't travel as much so if we eat out 3 times a week it's our vacation. Chinese has great lunch weekdays b1 get 2nd lunch half price. Oh that's like 4 lunches with our leftovers. 111 today so we don't even feel like getting in the car to even eat out. I make big salads, hard boiled eggs, cooked chicken strips & everything. In this heat even BBQ put it on the grill & run inside LOL. Now retired I figured I cooked enough in my lifetime and if I can go out I deserve it. Weekends is different I like to get back in the kitchen, when this weather does cool off, I make soups little containers & freeze & other things for the freezer but this heat is too much in the summer right now.

Hardly ever. I love cooking and baking and I love trying out new recipes. I come home from a busy day at work and get knives out and chop, chop, chop. It's theraputic for me. We grill almost every day during the summer and, as long as DH can shovel a path through the snow, we grill throughout the winter when we can.
We do go out to dinner, but really, not that often. And most of the time, when we do, I'm usually thinking, "Well, geez, I can make this at home". And our idea of eating out usually means out at the picnic table by the pool.

I don't eat out much. But when I do, I really do enjoy it.

Sometimes once a week, sometimes two. I wish I could eat out all the time -- you can enjoy your meal and no clean up!
