You don't get as much chocolate, but what you do get is gourmet, top quality, fresh (and individually wrapped if you get the pretzels!)

I ordered the Santa large tin of HL chocolates during Christmas in July. I received the box yesterday. The box was fine, but the cover of the tin was smashed and bent, and didn't fit snugly. I couldn't use the tin. I have another tin from last year that I can use. I called CS and told them what happened. It didn't appear that any of the chocolates were damaged. The CS rep. said he would give me a $6 credit.

Harry London or bashing the delivery person? I was one (retired). 190-200 deliveries jan-nov then 400 with a runner in dec. not complaining, qvc probably paid for half my beautiful home. give em' a break especially now we're on standard time. (that's deliveries a DAY) thank you
