I love pulled pork, brisket you name it. Let's face they are some good places in PA, but it's not a BBQ destination.
Yesterday I followed DD to Kost to drop her car off and the we were going food shopping. It was 2:00 and I had not eaten. I mentioned a drive thru so I wasn't shopping hungry. DD said she wanted to check a place out.
Near the small store we were going to a woman has a trailer she usually takes to fairs. Since the fairs have been cancelled she was there and everyone always said it was great food.
Not a big menu but she has brisket sandwiches, pulled pork and pulled beef. I decided on the beef with baked beans and coleslaw as sides. DD got a brisket sandwich, mac salad and ff.
It was THE best meal. The sandwiches were on great rolls and full of meat. The beans and sandwich were hot and the slaw was good and cold. I hate room temp soggy slaw.
DD took one bite and said, omg, that's good, A few more bites and it was, this is really good.
I rarely finish a meal, I did yesterday. If it would not have been improper I would have licked the container.
What's your BBQ of choice?

@CrazyKittyLvr2 I ADORE BBQ! Pulled pork, ribs, chicken, steak. Smothered in BBQ sauce and I'm there!

A food truck nearby has spaghetti BBQ. I know, it sounds gross, but absolutely delicious.

She also has soft serve ice cream, home made pies and her home made cinnamon rolls.
We had no room for dessert.
Her special yesterday was a taco salad. I saw it on her Facebook page. It was huge.
That woman knows what she is doing.

We used to have a great BBQ place that a retired highway patrol office ran which was only open Thurs-Sat. He had a heart attack so the business was closed down.
The other BBQ places in town or just ok IMO & what we make is so much better so we generally smoke our own.
We have a local meat market that makes baby back ribs every Sat. They are pretty good. They also make other things like burnt ends, pulled pork, smoked chickens or breasts, brisket etc on different days of the week.
Sounds like you found the place to buy BBQ. Her desserts are probably good too. Maybe next time get one to go.

Here where I live they have a place that stuff a bake potatoe with chicken, brisket, or pork and they are large. My friend has a BBQ place that has the best home made links in town. Her place is known for her links. I also have a friend who cooks the best brisket and neck bones also in his spare time, as you can tell i live in an area of Texas where you can fine BBQ that appeals to your taste. I would have loved to been there to taste her cold slaw because i hate soggy cole slaw myself.

I like smoked meats. If they are really good smoked meats, I need very little or no BBQ sauce.
My most favorite Smokehouse is Pappy's Smokehouse in St Louis MO.
Absolutely delicious!!
