We're having a cheeseburger casserole--always good on a cold stormy night....

Gluten-free elbow pasta with tomato sauce, ground browned beef and sharp cheddar cheese--mixed together--put in a casserole dish until cheese is melted and everything is bubbling hot. Delicious as leftovers the next day too! Use any shape or kind of pasta you prefer (I have to stay gluten-free now--but would always make it with regular small pasta shells--they catch the meat and cheese mixture better).

Be well and be safe!!!!

Have a lovely pork loin chop defrosted. Will bake it with a couple of cut up apples and some cinnamon.  Lots of greens from the last grocery pickup for a nice big salad too.

Panang Beef Curry over brown rice and a salad.

We went to the market early thismorning and bought some salmon for dinner.  I will bake it with pesto sauce , clams casino and fresh beets!  Yum........was snowing lightly here all morning, it's now starting to come down a bit harder.  Forecast for us (RI) is 10-15 inches.   Looking forward to some good wine too, but I will wait a bit longer, LOL......

Be safe everyone.

A carryout from any of you would be happily accepted. We'll have Shepherd's Pie that I bought from Schwans.

@qualitygal , do you add apples and onions to the crock pot?  I do.

No to both of those, however, we love onions and apples.  That's why I guess he wanted the apple muffins.  I love bread of any kind, so that's fine with me.
