Well pork chops are in the crockpot, with mushrooms and golden mushroom soup over it. We'll have potatoes, and baked beans tonight.  He even asked me to do the apple muffin mix.  So I did.  We'll eat good tonight.  LOL  Favorite flavors, and a warm fuzzy feeling meal.

I love that pork chop meal. Make it often. There is a video on youtube that I just love to watch when she makes it.

I fixed chicken tenders in the airfryer, baked spuds, steamed broccoli, tiny toms with truffle salt and a little olive oil and fresh strawberries wbananas.

Chicken Piccata with yellow rice and peas.  Probably some tomatoes and mozzarella to go with it.

I made a pot of sweet potato chili over the weekend. So, I'll have a bowl with a corn muffin. Apple cobbler for dessert.
