Tip for those who order the croissants:  Please count them when you receive your shipment.  I just started a thread in the Customer Care forum, reporting that my package contained only 44 croissants when it was supposed to be 45.  There was a small slit on the bottom of the bag, so I figured that I lost one before shipment.  The opening in the bag is what prompted me to count the croissants.

 

Another poster said that she ordered a 60-count bag, and she also had one missing.  That made me suspicious.  The croissants are expensive and customers should receive the amount promised.  Complaining about one missing croissant sounds petty, but if customers are being cheated, QVC should be made aware.

 

As for the quality, I just love them and plan to keep them in my freezer indefinitely.  I haven't tried Trader Joe's, which many recommend, but I don't want to have to let them rise before baking.  Authentic Gourmet brand go right from freezer to oven.
