AllClad and LeCresuset.  Lifetime pans.  I handwash and dry them. 

The LC can be very heavy  so if you have mobility issues keep that in mind.

 

Best deals are either at the outlet stores (you can get LC outlet online with free shipping) or TJMaxx/Marshalls.

 

Can't be beat.  Love them.  (Curtis Stone nonstick rocks too!)
