The only other cookware that I own that compares to Curtis Stone for non-stick abilities is the Deen Brothers (ShopHQ) and come to think of it I have a couple of Rachael Ray hard anodized pans which have a very nice non-stick quality.

I don't buy sets anymore.  When I got rid of my old set (the one I had since married), I purchased separate pieces that I knew I would use.  Got All Clad.
