If it's just myself than I'll fix something simple like scrambled eggs and a piece of toast with jelly.

I lost a lot of weight on a diet that only uses frozen meals. I've become a freezer/microwave "cooking" expert!

Funny, because I actually do cook for my dog. Got recipes from a canine nutritionist.

What was the diet plan called, and where can I find it?

I've done most all of the above. Tonight I had left over salad with some left over chicken thighs on top.

I'm not RogerMeansWell, but Stouffer's Lean Cuisine has a website that will help you build a diet https://www.leancuisine.ca/en/my-lean-cuisine/create-a-meal-plan/

Had a salad with some veggies and lite Ranch Dressing and a cup of tea, plain.

Always wonder how the QVC models stay in such great shape. {#emotions_dlg.sad}

I cook a lot for the freezer: soups and stews, pasta sauces, and the like. When I cook like that, I always fill smaller containers, too, just enough for one serving. That's for me when my DH is away. So while he's away, I might nuke a small container of pasta sauce for spaghetti or a small container of vegetable soup, something like that. There are small containers of baked ziti that I can heat. With a muffin or a yeast roll, also from the freezer that I can wrap and then thaw in the microwave. I'll make myself a nice pork chop or a B/S chicken breast with a veggie or two or to have with a salad. There's always something in the freezer.

That's absolutely my favorite canned soup.

I start out saying I will eat half the can (which I think is a serving), but I always end up eating the entire thing.

That is my favorite canned soup too. And yes, I can eat the whole can by myself.

I'm glad to hear someone besides me likes this soup. I always eat the whole can too.
