This year was my first attempt at jams.  I did strawberry and Pecan Peach Bourbon.

they came out pretty good!

 

The strawberry came out of the freezer just great.

 

I have not taken the peach out yet to see if it is okay.

 

I also did fridge Bread & Butter and Dill pickles.  They really last a long time even though they are not canned.  I have gifted them to the neighbors and got great responses....now they just need to give me my Ball Jars back!!!!!

 

Someday when I retire, I'd like to can.

@RespectLife : Everything that you mentioned sounds delicious. I love a good Bread and Butter pickles.
