HSN doesn't provide affordable return shipping for this item, just an address label. You have to pay to ship. The box is heavy and large. Why do you think she's so upset?? Read, people!!!!

I double-checked with HSN myself, and the OP is correct. It's a drop-ship item, and there is no prepaid return label available.

Im back!

The reason I returned the Nutri Bullet is: once you get it home and unpacked and start

reading the booklet--there is a Big Bold Red box telling you-Warning. If you are taking Medication check with your Doctor before using any drink or recipe.

Well my husband is on meds that were on the list. His doctor said it might be better not to use it and drink those drinks.

So I didn't want to keep it just for me. I have to watch my intake of fruit anyhow due to

Hypoglycemia.

The label that they did send with it from HSN was just a plain old label. I thought well that strange. Then it also said be sure to insure!

Well I had no clue that once I got to the Post Office I would be told

that to Ship it Priority it would cost $102!!!!! Due to the weight!!!

This was a box that was heavy due to that heavy molded packing crate that you fit the parts in..plus a heavy recipe book, plus extra blades and cups

SOOOOOOO then she said you can send it for $34 including the Insurance and it will take a week. Of course I chose that option. She measured and weight the stupid box.

I was so mad but didn't say anything to her about it. I called from my Car though to HSN customer service. The man said that Some Vendors are not in the EZ ship Plan. That means that you do not have a pre paid label and you cannot get one!!!!! YOU DO however get the simple plain mailing label with the address and your own return address.

I said well this is not right and told him I was mad and he was very nice and kind but could do nothing about it. Its like -- sorry about your luck!

I know that I could have kept it and given it as a gift etc but I didn't want to do that. I just wanted to ship it back.

Sooo anyway I have learned something and that is STOP ordering from Shopping Channels LOL.

I will order my Skinn and things I know how you return.

OH and you do not know which vendors this can happen with!! You have to take your chances cuz they do not tell you. Yeah free SH to get but sorry about your luck if you return.

I also sent a message to David Wolfe and to Nutri Bullet both on Facebook. Not that anyone will do anything but just to express my being upset!!

Oh wow, I didn't know that. Thanks for the info, S!

That doesn't really seem right to me.

And interestingly, I had two different order reps tell me that you could use a label. I asked the second one if she was absolutely sure, and it was only then that she placed me on hold and then came back and said words to the effect of, "Wow, I'm glad I looked. It appears you cannot use a prepaid label for this item."

Most people really have no idea about the real cost of shipping today, thinking everything should be free. Shipping can be so expensive. In this case it probably would have beens significantly less expensive to go to a UPS store to ship. For packages less than 5lbs, the post office is mostly less expensive but once it gets heavier you get a better rate from UPS or FEDEX (unless the box is huge...because they measure that space it takes up and figure that in the mix as well). Everything keeps changing and it is buy beware!

This is what they wrote me when I wrote HSN. No help at all LOL. Im over it now.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction every time you shop with us. I'm sorry for your concern

about the return shipping charge for the Nutribullet and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused.

The customer always pays the return shipping on any item that is not damaged or defective. You are right that Nutribullet was shipped directly from our vendor/partner's warehouse and that is why there was not an EZ return label included. I am sorry this was not clear when you paced the order.

We take the feedback of our customers very seriously and we appreciate your bringing this to our attention. I have forwarded your message to our Management Team who monitors the concerns of our customers. Please be assured your voice will be heard.

Sent an item back to HSN using their prepaid shipping label where you get billed(or should I say they deduct the amount from your refund) according to the weight. Well they tried charging me the higher of the two amounts it could be. I called and got a hard time, had to ask how could the item gain weight from what was stated on my receipt when they shipped it to me. Used the same box and packaging.
