I have a boning knife and love it .. I get boneless chickens breasts  at Aldi's

which are great .. but they still need trimming ....

Do you buy their raw chicken breasts? I did once during Covid when it was all I could find, but they were so huge that I thought for sure they had come from chickens that were given hormones.

I have tons of knives but I've never owned one. I don't cut up a whole chicken. I prefer bone in chicken breasts to cook for various casseroles but I cook them in the crock pot and the meat basically falls off the bone. For other meats I use my chef's knives or a good paring knife.
Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

Yes .raw . boneless and skinless ... the ones I get now are not overly huge ...but like

I said they still need trimming ... and by the way .. Hanburgers at Aldi's are great

too .....
