Tonight’s menu:

*Grilled Boneless Pork Loin Chops, seasoned with homemade dry rub - SF barbecue sauce on the side

*Roasted Brussel Sprouts

 

Dessert:

*Mixed Fresh Berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries) w/fresh sweetened whipped cream.

Tonight will be leftover pepper steak and a small fruit salad (I've had quite a few green salads in the last week.  Just not feeling it!).
