My favorite meatloaf, boiled potatoes, and baked beans.  It's still cool enough for the oven to be on so this will be a good night for this dinner.

Just took out a piece of Wild Haddock - Anerson's Seafood - QVC vendor.

Easy -  after being out in pouring rain errands and banking.  This will be only the second time I've had it - with salad or brussle sprouts.

 

Very good - impressed.............just like their shrimp
