@wakefield64 , I hear you, but as someone who makes pies , it's not easy to make a good one. I would charge more, a good pie crust is worth it, at least to me. 🄧🄧

I find all food items high priced.  I don't buy any of it from them.

We have a place in Arizona called Rock Springs. Their pies run around $26 each. They are not the normal size but maybe 12". I know I could not make a pie for less by the time I buy all the ingredients, the time and effort etc. I would not buy a pie from QVC because I don't know if they are good.

Re: $69 for 2 pies?

Costco has yummy pies & other bakery items at yummy prices, Marie Callenders frozen pies are extraordinary, well priced & available at many retailers. Good pie options are out there.

These posts are quite common.  I believe it's unfathonable to some people out there who disagree and are more than willing to pay the price.  Else, why would they offer so many food shows?  Isn't all of their food somewhat overpriced?  Yet they often have sell-outs.

Thank goodness I am near Costco for my own baked good treats. I am considering a Q food purchase in order to mail something to elderly relatives I won't be able to see.

I'd just like to know how they ship something as fragile as a pie without it getting smashed to smithereens.  What happens when it's turned upside down?

Well, at least you get two. Some of the desserts are $69 just for one!
