Costco has yummy pies & other bakery items at yummy prices, Marie Callenders frozen pies are extraordinary, well priced & available at many retailers. Good pie options are out there.

Yes, indeed!  I just baked her cherry crumble pie yesterday and it is superb, especially with a scoop (or 2) of vanilla ice cream!

There are people out there who have tons of money and getting a $69 pie is for them like going to the dollar store and buying a lollipop for most of us !  Money is really no object for the wealthy and there are plenty of them around !

I like the little fruit pies from Walmart. They cost fifty cents.

@wakefield64Yep.  Think it's too expensive?  Don't buy the product/

Costco sells pies and they are HUGE!  Especially this time of year for their apple and pumpkin pies.,  Last I saw they were $14.

Baking pies is a lot of work!  I've bought grocery store brands, including Costco, and they really don't compare to a homemade pie.  If I didn't bake I would consider buying these.

A different point of view -- I've purchased several food items from QVC recently that I'm sure folks would consider too expensive.  I am not wealthy and am very careful about what i spend my money on.

Sometimes I wonder where people live who buy certain products.

We are fortunate that so many specialty items are sold not far from where we live.  I do understand that is not the case for everyone.

I could not believe over $100 for 3 pounds of very ordinary small shrimp.  Big selling feature - veins and tails removed.  So?

And they were described as ā€œlarge shrimpā€?  Not where I shop.  And we are not close to the coastline.

I saw that presentation of the shrimp and I said to myself, "no way are "they jumbo shrimp.
