Re: Received a Pandora Bracelet for Xmas .......Now a Question. ...

I own two. I hated having to open and close two every time.I just connected both and wrap the bracelet double and the close only one clasp. It looks cool and is way easier. I never take them apart . ...it's just one long charm bracelet.

Re: Received a Pandora Bracelet for Xmas .......Now a Question. ...

Congrats on your new bracelet. I take mine off to sleep. I never wear it to shower since silver doesn't act the same as gold. I do wear gold jewelry to shower since it doesn't tarnish and stays the same. I say this because I decided to wear some Pandora rings 24/7. Unfortunately they tarnished badly. I shouldn't have showered with them. I can wear silver rings during the day and wash my hands without any issues. Just can't do the forever like I can with gold.

Re: Received a Pandora Bracelet for Xmas .......Now a Question. ...

Hi, I have one that is full of charms after two years. I don't wear it every day. At some point I may buy another bracelet and split up the charms.

Thank you it has such meaning as the charms on it now are dog related and I'm memory of my beloved boomer. I have lost a dog prior to him but for some reason this dog passing has just shattered me.....hence the bracelet in his honor. I only wear sterling silver as gold looks terrible with my skin tone....I am familiar with the tarnishing that occurs no matter how carefully you treat it.

I totally understand the feeling you have to the dog charms. I have three bracelets each one has a dog charm. Very meaningful to me too. Enjoy your bracelet with your lovely charms.

Re: Received a Pandora Bracelet for Xmas .......Now a Question. ...

I own a ton of Pandora. It can become rather addicting! I am always wearing a bracelet or two. I do not take them off. Yes, it is recommended to take them off to shower and sleep, but, I have decided to wear and enjoy them since they're not outrageously expensive. I get them cleaned at the store yearly. I do strongly recommend that you do not use any silver jewelry cleaner on them. I did once and it damaged the finish. Enjoy your new bracelet. It's fun to look down at your wrist during the day and cherish a fond memory.

I had a "heart" dog, too. Your bracelet sounds very special.

How do they clean the bracelets in the Pandora store?

Re: Received a Pandora Bracelet for Xmas .......Now a Question. ...

I have one Pandora (regular) bracelet loaded up with charms which I wear all fall and winter and 3 Pandora bangle bracelets (each bracelet has 1 sea creature charm) which I wear all spring and summer at our shore house. I never take them off.

For Christmas, my son gave me the earring wires and barrels. I LOVE Pandora.
