Delivery confirmation is free if you buy and print the priority mail postage online at USPS.com. You can also click a box and USPS will email you with updates as the package moves through the system and when it's delivered.

You can also save a little bit of money if you print and buy the postage online.

It's free whether you buy it online or at the post office. And the price is the same as well.
