@SharkE  Ah. I looked the same way...gained 63 lbs. Docs thought I was carrying twins that run in my family, but just one gorgeous 8lb. daughter and well over a year to 18 mos.to lose the weight. ***They didn’t have ultrasound 46 yrs. ago.

I assume it's cubic zirconia.  So, why wouldn't you wear it to the grocery store or anywhere else you go?  You bought, you must like it.  Why wouldn't you wear it?

And it didn't help that she wore everything skin tight.  She never looked comfortable.
