I have a jewelry order that just remains in the Processing stage but I've been charged. Anyone else experiencing this problem.  I've shopped with QVC since day 1 and the service has certain gone down hill.  It's so sad...

@abeck

You have not been actually 'charged'.

All retailers put a temporary hold on your credit card for the cost the purchase...to be sure you can pay for it.

it then falls off in a day or two, depending on your bank.

You are not charged until it ships.

All vendors including gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants etc do this.

It is common practice.

@abeck    If you've shopped from Day One, you should know you're not charged until your order ships.  There is a pre-authorization, which all merchants do, that falls off after a few days.

I find that jewelry order are very slow to ship and are slower than normal in transit.  The come out of S. Carolina where shipping services in route must be deplorable.  I recently had an item with a 10 day delay while in transit.

Not if, I have shopped at QVC from Day One and, per my bank, I have been charged.  Maybe it's in route and the website hasn't been updated. No ifs and or buts...I've been charged.
