He seems like a really pleasant man and some of his designs are really nice but I do not like yellow metal in any way shape or form.

This current yellow gold trend can't be gone soon enough for me.

@GenXmuse   I find HSN uses "magic magnifying" cameras for their jewelry shows.  I'm always shocked at how small they are when I receive them.  Many go back because I like big.

@ShelbelleHe's still on ShopHQ too....though I don't know if they are having a big sale.  Thanks for the heads up, but I have never ordered from HSN.  I will go look though.

@gertrudecloset    Michael just left HSN , which is the reason for the clearance sale, to return to ShopHQ where he'd been for years.  The parted company a couple years ago but apparently decided to forgive and forget.  Once all his merchandise is gone at HSN, he won't be back there.

@Mint2  What yellow metal?  Very little solid 14K or 18K is on any shopping channel other then Gem shopping.  Do you mean layering gold?  I don't watch Michael or any gem shows other then Gem shopping. 

Interesting.... but this morning, I watched Gem Shopping at least two trays of cut gems of earrings, rings, pendants, etc. all set in solid platinum for $1,800 average. All jewelry were precious gems one carat or more.  Semiprecious that were bigger with diamond accents.  Might be a signal that 14K & 18K will cost more again.  All white metal platinum, no gold.  With gram weights of 4-7 grams.

@songbird I believe Michael uses "goldtone" over sterling silver on his pieces or many of them anyway.  I own several and I love them!   His designs are beautiful and the prices on HSN now are very low as they try to clear his inventory.  I bought myself two more items, a necklace and a bracelet with free shipping and on 3 flex pays.   Promised myself not to buy after the New Year but here I go, LOL!   Just couldn't pass up these prices!
