@Kachina624 what a fabulous and unique piece of wearable art!

I'd definitely wear it with jeans or a dress. I have a linen turquoise colored dress that I bought from JJill years ago. It's one of my favorite go to dresses for summer. With the coral and turquoise, I think it would be a great combination. LOL I have some earrings that I bought from Michael V that are silver, turquoise & coral beads.

@GinaV24.  You've got all the elements to assemble a perfect outfit. All you need to do is get your hands on the belt, which may be problematic

@Franklinbell  What may look like tassels in the picture are actually metal "jingles". Originally, they were cut from tobacco tins and rolled into a cone shape.  Now we can purchase them already in the cone shape, to attach to a skirt or dress.

I takes quite a while to attach 100 jingles to a dress. That is the traditional number to use. However, for very young children, fewer are used. The  jingles , jingle like bells as the girls dance.

The Jingle Dress Dance is a sacred healing dance , performed by young girls and women.

Hi @Kachina624.  Thanks for the nice compliment.  I didn't get your notification, but I got @Mz iMac's a few days ago (thanks Mz).

The belt is stunning...a work of art! I'd want it to be the focus, so everything else would have to be subtle.  There were so many great ideas upthread, but I'd love to see it dressed up with something like this black shirtdress (a few buttons unbuttoned and "pop the collah" naturally haha).  Black cowgirl boots with subtle turq and coral embroidery.  Bold, but not too bold, plain sterling silver jewelry.  A turq and/or coral clutch, and I'd be set to paint the town.

Thanks for including me in your thread, Kachina, otherwise I'd've missed it as I don't usually check out the jewelry forum.
