@Mistreatedbycs    Okay, I finally got around to taking a picture.  When I got it, it was the pretty yellow like the. Com listing.  The lighter upper 2/3 of the brown one is where the stone flaked off.  You can't see it but it's a different texture.

That pendant is in really poor condition.

I hope the Q looks at your necklace and at least replace it.

Your chain is also pretty tarnished, the turquoise looks terrible along

with the dangling stone

The chain is not as dark as it looks.  I have terrible lighting for taking pictures.

Have the MODS looked or taken an interest in your defective necklace???

It really DOES NEED to be replaced.   I hope someone from the Q or Generation Gems takes an interest and gets this done for you, it's the least they can do and provide you with GOODWILL.
