I don't think you have to worry about what you use to clean the diamonique stone with .. it's the metal that the ring is made of ... with diamonique it's usually silver so I would be careful because silver can sometimes pit ... A long time ago a jeweler told me to put a denture tablet ( the one that cleans dentures) in a bowl of hot water and put the jewelry in it for a few minutes ... I have used that method for my jewelry for years and it has always worked ... the only thing not to clean with this method are pearls or any soft stones like opals etc.,.... this is just a suggestion .. it has worked for me ...especially good to clean 14kt gold. I would NOT use this method on Bronzo jewelry or Copper jewelry

Caribbean-Gem-Banana-Coconut-Oil-Jewelry-Cleaner-Kit

QVC sold this many years ago, but not anymore. I really like it and try to keep some on hand. Just be sure to read the directions. I'm sure there are others, but this is what I use.

I tried Sparkle Sparkle and it cleans the stones ok, but did not do a great job on the silver.

Wow, sorry to hear that. That's the only brand I buy. For me, it does a fabulous job on silver and gemstones. Never had a problem with that brand. It's the only brand I'll purchase for silver.

I recently read Elizabeth Taylor's book (My Love Affair with Jewelry). She used baby shampoo to clean her jewelry which we all know is worth millions. It works!

Stay away from ammonia if you use windex.
