However, I received a Q notice of a TSV Presale for her Sterling Silver & 18K Gold Gemstone Key Enhancer (sorry, I can't post a photo)

I'm not sure if only those who receive the Q-Insider are the only ones who can pre-order or ... ?

Thanks @mzlg  I appreciate Bixby and I'll bet this key will be highly popular at that price.    I like the white topaz and, If I was to purchase a colored one it would be the iolite.

If you look at the top of the QVC screen, there's a pink banner with red lettering "Shop the Barbara Bixby TSV Presale".

The details are there for each choice and anyone can order.

It's very pretty, but I just don't need any more jewelry.  Don't even wear a fraction of what I already own any more.

@Greeneyedlady21, I have a few BB pieces, a key enhancer only a little smaller ... I still don't have a BB ring ... yet.

@Kachina624, I would have liked one in rhodolite too and the garnet one shown does look close to it.

@Venezia, Thank you for the additional information about the Q's banner and clarification about the BB TSV Presale.  I don't read all of the "clutter" that the Q posts on its site - so I missed that, 'my bad'.  Good to know everyone can take advantage of this item now.

I understand about not needing any more jewelry ... I won't be ordering this one, as I already have a BB smaller key enhancer and right now, for me one is enough.
