I LOVE both the tables!!! #2 is more industrial--that makes me happy and #1 is rustic and that makes me happy too--both would be alot of fun to decorate!!!

Stripping  both of the decor on/surrounding them, my choice would be the clean lines of #1. #2 kind of looks like a wheelchair leaning against the wall.

For me it would be #1

 

The style won’t compete with your decorations.

 

It will easily fit many other uses should you decide to use it elsewhere in the future.

Thank you all so much for your opinions! I really appreciate you taking time to do that for me. I decided I'm going to go with #1. As charming as I also find #2,  the other will be better for what I want to use it for. I'm going to order it now. Thanks a bunch!
