And with a pretty patio and a water feature...

I love all the foliage and agree about the landscaping.  It is a very pretty area but I would have a covering to provide shade.  I am not a person who sits out in the sun and even a patio umbrella would do.

Too much white.

Very nice, but good luck trying to keep those white cushions clean.

The landscape is beautiful, but white outdoor furniture is not for me. They probably store these away when not needed, but most would not have room to do so.

In my wildest dreams I can't imagine putting white furniture outside.  In my area it would be khaki by sunset.

Just beautiful, but I would opt for different colored cushions! Hard to keep that white clean outside! I also would like an umbrella to keep the sun from beaming right down. It is very pretty and love the water feature.......

Oh, that landscaping.......lovely.  I agree with others about the white, but hey, maybe they have someone come in and clean it for them Smiley Happy

I probably wouldn't choose white cushions for patio furniture either, but I imagine those living in this home have help maintaining their surroundings. I'd also suggest given this home is in the south that white doesn't retain heat as would something darker. Still, while I like this space and find the surrounding grounds beautiful, for a place to sit a spell, I'd opt for a covered area, preferably a screened in porch.
