When we redid both our bathrooms, that is what we chose. I love them and so much easier to clean. I think you will love it.

@software  We put in Corian countertops and sinks in the kitchen and all bathrooms almost 30 years ago. Everything is seamless, easy care and sanitary. My kitchen still looks like it's brand new. If/when I downsize, it will be Corian again. Nothing comes close. Best wishes in finding what is right for you!

Have one in the bathroom which pitches down, similar to

Kraus KCU-241, went rectangular vs round

and one in the kitchen, double stainless.

Love them both, you will not be disappointed.

When we remodeled our kitchen and bathroom 3 years, we had undermount sinks installed. We really like them, and they're much easier to clean.

If you'e considering an all-in-one countertop-sink, whatever you do, don't install acrylic. Too hard to clean and it scratches terribly. I'm looking to replace the one in our basement.

I'm with @BirkiLady on the corian. We had out kitchen and bathroom sinks done this way.

Before that, we had an undermounted and had no problems with it - have it professionally installed.

All the sinks in my house are undermount.  When cleaning, be sure to clean under the edge of the countertop and you will have no issues.

I recently read something that gave me pause.  It warned that bathing a baby in an undermount sink might not be a good idea because the weight of the water and the baby could be too much for the adhesive holding the sink in place.

Are there any negatives?

I sure like the look much better than what I have, but was wondering if they are a pain to clean or otherwise difficult.

I haven't chosen materials yet.   I have the drop-in type sink and the area where the sink meets the countertop is a bear to keep clean.  Undermount looks so neat & finished.

We remodeled 3 bathrooms and did undermount sinks in all of them.  I wouldn't think of using any other.  I do not find them difficult at all to keep clean.

We had an undermount sink in our home in VA and I loved it and it was easy to keep clean.  We're getting an undermount sink in the kitchen of our new house too.  We had corian in our powder room in VA and I really liked it too, also easy to clean!
