Hi JPC: I went to a different P1 store today and they had the capiz pumpkins. I agreed with you. They didn't quite do it and they definitely don't fit in with my house decor. I have more natural items and those were just too glitzy. I did pick up the natural pumpkin below with that wreath which i will put around it. I think that goes much better in my house. I also asked about the brown pumpkins and the manager at the store said that although they are online only right now they would be getting them in later on. That is probably the only other pumpkin I would like to see for this Fall season. That would round out my mantle and 2 other entryway tables I decorate. I must be sure to leave enough room for my Jim Shore witches and Thanksgiving pieces.

Nice pumpkin MTH, I really like the looks of that one. don't remember seeing it but it could have been there. Seems like I can miss stuff when in that store since there is so much to see.

Hi JPC: I did see the pumpkins with the black stems. I really loved them but it was a little too small. I was looking for something larger. which is probably why I didn't notice them earlier. The store manager there was really nice and she did say that some of the items they had would eventually be coming in different sizes so that may be one that will be available. She said they still had not gotten everything in yet. I will keep checking. I have 3 P1s fairly close to me so during my errands, I can always pop into one of them and see what's come in lately. I really would love to see those brown pumpkins. Now that I did a reversal on the capiz ones once I saw them, I'm gun-shy to just order off the website without a looksy first. The next step will be to start pulling out my JS stuff and see where I can fit those pieces into the mix. Of course, the zombie witch will be front and center. I'm anticipating really loving that witch.
JPC: She is here and she is fabulous. I love everything about this witch...her face, her accessories, her skirt. She was worth the wait for sure!

Sorry I missed you post that she was on her way. has been a bad week. So happy that she has finally arrived that all that you expected. I agree that everything about her is so cool. That man just simply amazes me with each and every piece that comes out.

Sorry you had a bad week. I saw on another thread that you had jury duty. Hope that's over. Sounds like it was a case that no one likes to see. If I remember correctly, you were in law enforcement??? Too bad it didn't get you out of this one. I spent many years as a legal asst. and we did lots of criminal work. The things some people are capable of is mind boggling, and they do it without a second thought. I hope its behind you and this week is better.
I think you would love this Nightmare witch. I'm sure she's as great as the Take a Bite Witch. So much to look at on both of them!! I think WL posted some pics on another thread of both witches JS had on the Q last week. She was lucky enough to get both.

Yep, I was in law enforcement for over 12 years and like you had heard and seen many things and seen many not so law abiding citizens.
Unfortunately they didn't ask me too many questions since I was one of the last ones picked after they kept excusing others. Don't know if that would have come up if that would have helped or not since there are a few things I said that didn't make any difference and had I been picking, I would have sent me packing.
Like my opinion of people having pictures like that in their possession, underage kids. Guess at that point the defense figured I was better than a few of the others when it came down to them narrowing it down to 12. Oh well, it is over and he didn't walk and shouldn't be able to download pictures like that again for awhile. I just wish they could get the ones taking the pictures and participating in them.
That Nightmare witch is really cool MTH but I am being strong with her too. I still haven't ordered the musical santa either. Boy, I really should go see the Dr., I am sure there is something wrong with me. But I did pick up that Santa with the tree and Rudolph so there is still hope for me yet. Those pictures the wl poster were super. Loved the closeup of the Nightmare witch. Couldn't really see her face in other pictures. Did they ever put up a video from the morning Jim was on the Q.???

JPC: You are really being strong with the JS items this year so far. That Rudolph piece was an extra special circumstance and its lucky you managed to get that one. I've not been so good I guess but I am so happy with the pieces I've gotten so far and am enjoying my witches. i even pulled out my W icked Ride just because I couldn't stand it being put away any longer. I know its early, but I love seeing both witches around. I just surrounded them with mostly Fall items for now. Hope you pull out the Take a Bite Witch soon. I don't want to be the only one with my witches out. Besides, if I want to maintain my JS presidency, I had better be a little over the top. This is a tough crowd!!!

You really haven't been bad lately, you are just now receiving your pieces that you ordered a long time ago when we put in our preorder. Your shipments were just spread out while I got all mine at once.
