It's really a lovely setting ... but thinking about cool weather and rainy days.

 

From the looks of the surrounding foliage - leaves are turning - weather turning cooler. 

 

Even if it isn't cold enough for snow - there is still rain and wind.  

 

It would be quite a bit of work to cover everything if there were a sudden shower.

People who can afford that can afford to have an army of people to take care of that kind of thing.  They probably have the best weatherman on speed dial.
