I like the reno shows.

@stevieb They have a new Martha Steward show on gardening.  They have shows on backyards and pools too.  Maybe you like those.

I guess flipping shows are over.  That lady from Chicago (forgot the name of the show) was the end of it I think.  She did super expensive houses on spec and I never saw her sell a single one.

I did like the flippers in Nashville, the divorced couple.  Never see that show anymore.  Don't know what happened to them.  Maybe flipping got too expensive there too?

The change in the tax law re deductibility of real estate taxes killed a lot of real estate sales.  So renovation is in.

But I like and can still see  House Hunters, both International and Domestic. And Hometown and Good Bones.  And Love it or List it.

I live in a small apartment I can't do much with, great location, so I like to watch other people's home projects.

@NYCLatinaMe  We all like what we like and that's the way it should be! I enjoy the occasioal reno show too, but for me, it's become a bit like overkill, that's all...
