That is lovely! I like the way you elevated one bird on top of the books. Very nice part of your decor.  

Do you mind if I make one tiny suggestion?  Hope not, because here I go LOL!  The vase with the pick in it on the left, put something in that vase to detract from the stick part of the pick-- could even be wadded or shredded paper,  anything plain. Thanks for sharing, you are an inspiration.

@Regal Bee  Just beautiful.  I love your style and that wide mantel.  I also have about three sets of Pheasants.  Funny, I don't display them often though. One set of mine is from the Home Interiors line in the gold finish.

@GCR18  No, the deer just look like they're flying when they jump those high fences but aren't the same as birds.  See, the wings on birds, deer don't have those so even if you squint, just won't work.  You have to get some birds. LOL
