I have a Don Astlett mop that has an extra long handle and a wider head. It still is light enought for me to reach up the stairwell to dust the big painting. I also have the Joe Campenelli safari duster set and that one has an extend a pole. It reaches even higher so I can dust the a/c vents in the ceiling. That one does not have a mop head but you coutd use the dust head as a mop or secure a microfiber cloth to it. I've done both to get cobwebs in the corners of rooms so I would not have to be on a ladder.
