Beautiful mansion! I looked on-line for it and you should see how lovely the grounds are! There's a tennis court and a pool in the back. In Greenwich, CT.

A very serene and soothing space. I personally don't use many pastels at home. More of warm deep hues attract me more. But perhaps I'll have my bedroom in this color tone whenever we renovate next.

Having seen the additional pictures, I going to go against the general grain of this thread and say I think it's kind of stuffy.

I love all the windows. All the natural light.

I'll bet the rooms aren't gloomy--even on a cloudy, rainy day.

It's not like I don't like dark painted rooms and furniture, it's just not for my homes.

Looking at the expanse of the house and property, these people *know* people. I wouldn't mind getting a dinner invite!

It still looks comfortable and enjoyable. I dont' get a feeling of stuffiness--at all. Warmth. From the colors chosen. I'm sure it's what the owners wanted.

Wow - I love every room. It's very formal, but I think that's because the home is staged for photos.

Thank you so much for posting the additional pictures. It is a lovely home. You really do have to hav a love affair with Blue for sure, and it is a bit too formal for my tastes, but never the less a gorgeous home, and I love all of the seating areas throughout as well.

With as formal as it is, it still manages to be warm and inviting as wel.
