@lolakimono  Be still my heart! Thanks for the additional pictures of this magnificent home. I would prefer natural wood in the kitchen over the painted blue. There were a couple of over-the-top fixtures I'd remove. And not sure I'd like looking at those ceilings all of the time . . . but overall, the decor and layout of the home is wonderful. LOVE IT!!

I could just walk in the say "Honey, I'm Home".  Wouldn't have to change a thing.  And the funny thing is, blue is not one of my favorite colors, but this could change my mind.  It's perfect, can't think of another color that would look as good.

This is a very beautiful home.  Love all the colors.

It's not my taste as it's very formal & I prefer a more relaxed atmosphere.

Wow it's incredibly beautiful. Blue is my favorite color so all the blue is like paradise to me.

This is just a stunning mansion and yet very inviting.  Reminds me of some of the mansions in Newport, RI.  I was lucky enough to live there (not in this kind of home--I wish) for a decade and loved touring them.

Can't find one aspect that I dislike.

Some of these "old money" places just boggle the mind.  Looks as though the family that owns this maintains it and that is not easy to do, even when wealthy.  

Some of the "old money" types are house poor but you can't always tell.

Pretty railing.  Pretty rooms.  Too much blue!
