Modern Style Church Condo Conversion

[ Edited ]

It used to be a Baptist church in Boston, converted to nine condo units. This unit is on the market for $3,150, 000. About 2,500 square feet. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms.

I love church conversions, I've always thought they are unique and so attractive. Especially the windows. This unit is so modern that the windows and the exterior seem to be the only signs of a church. And of course the high ceilings . Takes away from that feel for me, but it's still beautiful. I love the exterior.

Not for me. Wouldn't want to live with those windows, but, that staircase is gorgeous. Beautiful space.  I love white.

@Greeneyedlady21

ITA with you about churches. They are so unique and love when people convert them. There is an old church that I drive by a lot where I live. Windows are boarded up and its been empty many years. Wish I could afford to move it and redo it. That would be so awesome to me.

This one is so gorgeous!

Love it -  just enough church left so you'd know its origin, but not so much that would interfere with a daily life -  and certainly far better than just razing such wonderful space in my mind.

Too bad we don’t need the church.

What a perfect home for a family! It's gorgeous and offers plenty of room. I'd love to live there and would appreciate all its historical significant, yet enjoy the modern amenities.

I too like residential spaces created out of non-residential buildings... These are marvelous spaces, though I don't care for much of the decor... I'd not have opted for the sleek and modern, but it's done nicely...
