Regarding her living room...huge and would look so different if she had beautful hardwood floors with gorgeous area rugs.  It would change the look totally and update it!!

I thought the tile on the bathroom floor was nice. This concept with the tile, imo, would look amazing if it were carried out throughout the rest of her house. Even a combination of tile and wood flooring would be so much better than that outdated white carpet.
